Freedom in Arab-Islamic tradition
Lecture by Prof. Wael Farouq, Director of the Arabic Cultural Institute, at the Small Festival of Philosophy in Leuca, Italy
On Thursday, 5 November, the Arabic Cultural Institute at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore will host its second alumni event of the year. Graduates who studied Arabic will come together to share their experiences and talk about what they have gone on to do after university.
From economics to translation, and from the world of work to academia, the event will explore the many opportunities available to Arabic language graduates. Through their personal stories, alumni will offer insights into different career paths, share their experiences across a range of fields, and reflect on the opportunities that studying Arabic can open up.
The event will be an opportunity to hear directly from former students, exchange ideas, and discover new possibilities for the future, both professionally and academically.
